Unless otherwise stated, the original artworks, images, characters, designs, text and other creative works presented by Saabi are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property rights.

Publication of a work on this website or through Saabi's social-media accounts does not place that work in the public domain and does not grant permission for its reproduction or reuse.

Bo

Bo is an original character created within the Saabi body of work.

The original Bo character design, canonical visual characteristics, artworks depicting Bo and authorised creative developments of the character form part of Saabi's protected creative work.

No permission is granted to reproduce, copy, commercially exploit, adapt or create unauthorised derivative versions of Bo except where permitted by applicable law or expressly authorised in writing by Saabi.

Reproduction and Commercial Use

Unless permission has been expressly granted, Saabi material may not be reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, licensed, commercially exploited or used to create derivative products or works.

Requests concerning licensing, collaboration or authorised use may be directed to saabi@saabi.art.

Artificial Intelligence and Text & Data Mining

Rights in Saabi works are expressly reserved for text and data mining to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, including Article 4 of Directive (EU) 2019/790.

No licence or permission is granted for the use of Saabi works, including Bo, for commercial artificial-intelligence training, machine-learning model development, dataset creation or comparable computational use unless expressly authorised in writing.

Where applicable, this reservation is intended to constitute an express reservation of rights for text and data mining.

NFTs and Digital Ownership

Ownership or purchase of a digital token or NFT associated with a Saabi work does not transfer copyright, character rights or other intellectual property rights in the underlying work unless the specific terms accompanying that work expressly state otherwise.

Any rights granted to a collector will be defined by the terms applicable to the relevant work or collection.

No Implied Licence

Viewing, sharing a link to, purchasing or possessing a Saabi work does not create any licence or transfer of intellectual property rights except where expressly stated.
